RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Trace Eye-D maintains a strict return policy.

Damaged Products Only

We only accept returns for products that are damaged during shipping.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, buyer error, opened products, used products, wholesale orders, or bulk purchases.

Reporting Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Email support@traceeyed.com and include:

      • Your order number
      • Clear photographs of the damaged product
      • Photographs of the packaging
      • Photographs of the shipping label

Failure to provide photographic documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Resolution

Once damage is verified, Trace Eye-D will, at its discretion, either send a replacement product at no cost or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Trace Eye-D reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

All wholesale and distributor purchases are final sale unless damaged during shipping.
