Trace Eye-D processes all orders through our secure Shopify checkout system.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Trace Eye-D is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Trace Eye-D is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Trace Eye-D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
